Announcements

Effective January 1, 2025:

  • Attendants must document daily tasks performed during each shift in the Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) system regardless of live in status. Payment will only be made for services that are documented in the plan of care. Unauthorized tasks performed by the Attendant may be subject to payback.
  • Attendants must submit tasks performed and shifts within 30 calendar days from the date of service. If shifts are not submitted within 30 calendar days, the shifts may be denied unless the shifts meet one of the four (4) exceptions. Review this FAQ document for a list of exceptions.

Reminder – CDVA offices will be closed in observance of the New Year holiday on January 1, 2025. We encourage attendants to transition to CareAttend prior to the January 1, 2025 deadline.

We are launching a new Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mobile app. The new app is CareAttend. CareAttend will replace CellTrak on January 1, 2025. Attendants can now get set up with the new app. All non live-in Attendants must get set up with CareAttend. Clocking in and out with EVV is required by the 21st Century Cures Act. Learn more
