All live-in consumer-directed care Attendants were required to provide proof of address to maintain a live-in exemption status by June 30, 2021. Effective August 1, 2021, Attendants who did not provide proof of address no longer qualify for the live-in benefit.
Non live-in Attendants must comply with the following:
- Attendant must use an approved EVV method for all shifts:
- CellTrak EVV mobile application
- IVR system
- Attendant may not exceed 56 hours per work week.
- Difficulty of care tax exemption will not apply.
